The only and therefore quite outstanding skyscraper in Bilbao, Spain. The Iberdrola tower is an office building named for after the company Iberdrola that has it’s headquarter in the building. Iberdrola is a large Spanish energy and telecommunications company. There are also other companies and institutions renting space like the regional authorities that also have their offices in the tower.
The 160 meter tower was designed by the Spanish architect César Pelli. His most known building were probably the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which were at that time the largest buildings in the world.
