I guess the bride isn’t always in the center of attention on her wedding day
. Shot in the streets of Amsterdam, well actually it was on a bridge.
As usual this is just a street shot – nobody posed for me – just had luck and timing …

This is the best bridal shot I think I’ve ever seen!
Thank you very much Janine! Those nice compliments always motivate me to go on!
Awesome shot!!
Thank you!
IF only you could find that bride – most unique wedding shot ever. I think you could sell this to a newspaper – or enter it in a contest. WOW!
I am afraid that this would be an almost impossible task – although an interesting one
Well captured – in every way!
Thank you Louis!
Fabulous shot! The cyclist creates a dynamic arch over the lovely bride… I agree with trailblazerr…the bride & groom would likely love this unique shot. Well done!
maybe one day the bride will look for pics and find it by chance – I will gladly give it to her – that’s for sure (although she had a real professional photographer with here at that time – they were doing the wedding shots)
This is brilliant! Timing is everything!!! Way to be in the right place at the right time with the right camera!!
yes – when wandering around a city for the whole day and keeping your eyes open sometimes you get these rare moments
– it made my day!
What a great image… Amazing
Thank you! Was a lucky shot
This is a fantastic moment
Thank you Barbara!
were you lying down to get this shot?
No, I was standing – the biker jumped over the drawbridge (the bridge was ascending a little towards the middle)
That is why you can’t see the legs of the bride …
Very nice capture. Oh my!
Thank you Kevin!
cool framing & great timing – well done!
Thank you Lu!
This is such an awesome picture!! So great! So full of life and all its complexity. Great stuff!!
Thank you – It is my favorite of my week in Amsterdam
Wow, cool snapshot! …And caption too
Thank you
Haha, this one makes me giggle! Your timing couldn’t have been better. Great capture!
it is the best out of five shots
– got to love the speed of a dslr
Nothing like being IN the moment! Great shot!
Thank you – the advantage of running around in the city aimlessly
– you find stuff like that – but then again I missed the main sights of Amsterdam!
Same here!
you have such an uncanny sense of timing!!!! so precise and yet, unplanned! beautiful work!

This shot just shows life’s ironies. Love it!
I think street photography is one of the hardest genres. Clearly you have mastered it nonetheless.
Great Image, PP! Wonderful sense of timing
Great shot!
