Fresh


A good friend of mine was cooking for an excellent traditional Vietnamese meal for us – naturally I had to bring my camera for documentation reasons ;) . He created everything from scratch and he used only fresh ingredients – best dinner I have had in a LONG time … – thank you again at this point!

Definitely not the last picture you are going to see from that evening.

 

(hopefully I will find more time again for this little side project)

    My late step mom was ethnic Thai. Her cooking was delicious beyond description by language. Her ingredients came from the garden.
